Short-Term Pass

To enter the port without a long-term pass, a short-term pass should be acquired at the entrance, valid for a maximum 24-hour period. The applicant must go to the Pass Office with an ID card and fill in the application form. Drivers should also indicate their company and final destination. It will then be sent for approval to the relevant port authorities. Decisions on short-term passes are given within one hour.

To minimise time spent queuing, we strongly advise you to apply online prior to your arrival at the port.

Visitor’s Pass

Visitors of the port have to fill in a short form at the entrance giving some personal information and stating the purpose of their visit. They also have to leave an ID card at the Pass Office that will be kept until the visitor leaves. All visitors have to undergo an HSE Briefing at the Port prior to entrance. They will receive a visitor badge that must be visible at all times.
