The 10th meeting of the Supervisory Board was held of the “Baku International Sea Trade Port” CJSC.
The following meeting of the Supervisory Board of the “Baku International Sea Trade Port” Closed Joint-Stock Company was held. The 10th meeting, chaired by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Assistant to the First Vice President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Khalid Ahadov, was attended by members of the Supervisory Board, Director General of the Company Taleh Ziyadov and other officials.
During the meeting the implementation of the Company's budget for 2021, the draft budget for 2022, the Fertilizer Terminal project, other investment projects of the Company and etc. were discussed and relevant decisions were made. In addition, the sides exchanged views on issues raised by the executive body of the Company.
It should be noted that the Supervisory Board of the “Baku International Sea Trade Port” Closed Joint-Stock Company was established by the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 22, 2021.
