Employment regulations at the port
Vacancies in Baku International Sea Trade Port CJSC are posted on the official website of the company. Applications must be filed electronically. A job announcement is available for at least seven calendar days. Within the next two working days after the deadline for applying for a vacancy is expired, a preliminary selection is carried out to determine whether candidates meet the requirements of the established criteria. Candidates who successfully pass the initial screening are invited to participate in the recruitment evaluation process.
Each candidate applying for a vacancy is invited to answer pre-prepared test questions for the relevant position category:
- Knowledge necessary for job functions;
- Knowledge of logical thinking;
- Emotional intelligence (EQ);
- English language skills.
The duration of the test exam does not exceed 60 minutes and is conducted online or in person. Candidates who correctly answer a total of 60 percent of the test questions to assess their knowledge of work, as well as the level of logical thinking are allowed to interview.
At the interview stage, the basic knowledge and skills required for the relevant position are tested, and the successful candidate is offered the job.
