As a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility program, the Port of Baku in close partnership with Cinema Plus, Papa Johns, and Deniz Mall shopping center, organized the event entitled "Children's Journey to Cinema Plus and Animation Day". Around 70 kids, pupils from 1st to 4th grade enjoyed clowns show and watched a Spiderman film.As the Port of Baku, we express our highest appreciation to the Cinema Plus, Papa Johns, companies and Deniz Mall shopping center for their valuable support in organizing this event.

Port of Baku and Azerbaijan Badminton Federation (ABF) organized a badminton event among schoolchildren in Alat settlement

The joint initiative - "Shuttle Time Azerbaijan 2022" of ABF and Port of Baku gathered young people from the Secondary School # 110, named after S. Mammadov located in Alat settlement to team up for a fun badminton event. The purpose of the event was to support the effective organization of free time of schoolchildren and to organize interesting games to further increase their interest in badminton.During the event, professional badminton trainers conveyed the basic concepts and game techniques of this sport to schoolchildren and informed teachers teaching physical fitness at school about the importance of promoting badminton philosophy among young people. ABF provided the school with badminton-related sports equipment and initial steps were taken to cooperate with the school more closely in the future. Additionally, interesting books were presented to schoolchildren by the Port of Baku.

"3D Art" Art Exhibition of young amateur artists has been organized in Baku Marine Terminal (Port Art Center).

The exhibition is supported by the Port of Baku, the Ministry of Youth and Sports and "Youth Beam" Youth Development Public Association. Within the framework of the project, 30 young artists created art works through paintings on barrels on the following themes: "Sustainable Development Goals", "Nature and youth", "3 D art", etc. After the exhibition, the prepared barrels will be placed in a special corner promoting the Sustainable Development Goals in the Port of Baku.

The Port Art Center of the Port of Baku organizes a photo exhibition entitled “Unsung Heroes” on the occasion of “8th of March - International Women's Day”.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition took place on March 7, 2023, 16: 00 at the Baku Marine Terminal (Port Art Center, Neftchilar Ave.62, opposite of JW Marriott Absheron). The main purpose of the exhibition is to showcase the success stories of women working in the maritime and transportation fields, who have chosen to become seafarers, railway workers, and sailors. The event is also aimed to support the sustainability initiatives towards women empowerment, as well as to raise public awareness on important role of women in the development of transportation and logistics system in Azerbaijan.
