The interview of Eugene Seah, Chief Operating Officer of the Port of Baku, was published in the newly released book “The New Silk Road” by Irina Birman. In the interview, he provided information about the role of the Port of Baku in the development of the Silk Road, as well as the port's infrastructure and sustainability projects.
