Today, a group of foreign media representatives who came to our country as part of COP29 visited the Port of Baku Within the framework of COP29, media tours are organized under the name “Green City.” As part of these tours, the foreign journalists first visited the Port of Baku, which provided an opportunity to get to know the initiatives in the field of sustainable development and innovative changes implemented within the framework of Azerbaijan's "Green City" projects.

During this tour, the journalists learned about the decarbonization strategy of the Port of Baku and the importance of the "Green Port" projects. Extensive information was given on the environmentally responsible activities of the port, the use of renewable energy sources, and the efforts made in the direction of reducing carbon footprint. The guests observed the operational processes at various terminals in the port, witnessing how modern technologies and innovative approaches are applied in this field.
